I, Luke Jennison (Projects & Development Manager) of Breeze Holiday Parks would personally like to commend ZDC Construction for their exceptional service and successful completion of our large-scale development at BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks – Carnarvon Gorge.

Over the past 12-months, the business has been planning and implementing a high-level upgrade of the infrastructure, accommodation and service offerings of BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks – Carnarvon Gorge. This has comprised of the introduction of 9 new tourist accomodation buildings, 5 new staff accommodation buildings, a kitchen, café/bar and cold store setup, and a solar farm.

ZDC Construction have been critical in the successful implementation of the entire project, from initial planning, design, and right through to implementation onsite. They’ve been responsible for all building aspects of the project such as set out and installation of foundations for all buildings, stair and balustrade installation, concreting and driveway works, flyover installations, deck installations, welding, and the successful installation (with crane) of all 17 units.

They have completed all works to an extremely high level and nothing was ever an issue. They have kept the successful operation of the business now and into the future at the forefront of their minds throughout and have been exceptional in problem solving given the difficult nature of this development.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and attention to detail shown throughout the entire project by Zac and his team.

We hope to be able to continue working with the team at ZDC Construction into the future.
